Menu – Main Course, Served Hot: Address some of the sexism that women face when they are seen as being too aggressive, determined, or bossy while their male counterparts are not (a.k.a the “Likeability Penalty”). This interactive workshop is about being a powerful woman in a society where meekness in women is the societal expectation (served on the fine china).
Side dishes: We’ll discuss how treatment of one another serves up in the office and have the participants chew on some fun interactives to exemplify the lessons and suggestions.
Desserts: We’ll serve up some juicy tid-bits to taste test that can increase self-appreciation and confidence.
