  • Former Regional Vice President of an international staffing company
  • Productive, results-oriented leader with expertise in clerical, administrative, production, professional, and technical staffing
  • Strong major account sales skills with extensive experience conducting boardroom sales presentations for national accounts and on-sites
  • Served as the corporate point of contact for a $35 million-dollar client
  • Regional P&L responsibility with extensive experience in hiring, training, and positioning of management staff, including experience with budget development and start-up offices
  • Experienced in acquisitions and mergers utilizing positive interpersonal skills to ease transitional anxiety and retain key managers and staff

Major Achievements:

  • In October of 1998, opened the first of 2 PrideStaff offices in San Diego
  • In October of 2004, opened the second office of PrideStaff in Carlsbad
  • In 1995, was promoted to Director/Vice President of the southwestern region for Tad Technical Resources
  • In 1989, was promoted to Regional Vice President of the Southwest region for Tad Technical Resources and built sales to $25 million dollars and gross margins to 28%
  • In 1987, opened 3 Processing Management Systems Corporation start-up offices in 4 years in Arizona to produce annual sales over $5 million dollars and an annual gross margin of 32%
